Each location presented its own unique constraints from structural limitations to foot traffic logistics, making coordination and adaptability essential.
The centerpiece of the activation was a creative-led display: custom-built furniture integrated with dynamic LED screens installed directly in the storefront vitrines. These moving digital elements, combined with physical set pieces, brought H&M’s Spring collection to life in a vibrant, tech-forward way.
