We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our growing team across different brands and projects.

As a marketing intern, you will work closely with our creative and production teams and gain real hands-on experience in content creation, branding and communication for international projects.

Your key responsibilities

- Write clear and engaging copy for social media, websites and newsletters
- Plan, schedule and support content across all digital channels
- Create visual content: short videos, reels, behind-the-scenes and photography
- Design assets such as social templates, presentations and basic graphics
- Assist with website updates and maintenance (Webflow knowledge is a plus)
- Support photo/video shoots and on-site production when needed
- Conduct market and trend research to support marketing strategies
- Collaborate with teams across More To Show, PWR Lighting, Ombre and other Show More ventures

Required qualifications

- Strong writing and communication skills in English (French/Dutch is a plus)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Canva, Adobe or Figma
- Ability to create or edit simple videos and photos is a plus
- Basic understanding of Webflow is an advantage
- Interest in entertainment, lighting, branding or creative production
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

You’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from daily planning and travel arrangements to coordination with the team and handling private matters with discretion and efficiency.

Your job is to anticipate needs, keep structure in a fast-moving environment, and make sure time and priorities are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

Professional & Personal Support

- Plan and organize professional and personal schedules
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and ground transportation
- Coordinate and communicate with the internal team and external partners
- Organize private events such as dinners and trips
- Handle personal administrative tasks (medical appointments, insurance, ID documents, etc.)
