Your key responsibilities:

• Creating technical designs for all types of events and understanding what you design
• Managing projects from start to finish with the guidance of our team
• Creating professional presentations and communicating with people who might not understand technical terminology
• Calculating static loads or communicating with structural engineers
• Managing budgets, quotes and project finances
• Technically producing events from start to finish
• Advising solutions to clients

Required qualifications:

• A very good knowledge of Vectorworks Spotlight or other CAD software and you are eager to learn Vectorworks
• You are client oriented and being eager to solve problems
• Maturity and accountability, with a professional demeanor in dealing with our industry accounts
• Excellent written and spoken English & French. Dutch and other EU languages would be advantageous
• Drivers license and working permit valid in Belgium
• Traveling abroad is one of your favorite things to do
• You love to work both in an office and on-site
• You are driven by the thrill of a project and do not seek regular working hours

Your key responsibilities:

• Joining our senior designers on bigger projects to assist them in achieving the best result. You will be responsible for delivering projects all over the globe
• Going on tour with bands like Blackwave, RHEA, Ramkot, Meskerem Mees, DIKKE and being away from home for a while
• Operating shows on consoles like grandMA2,grandMA3 and ChamSys MagicQ
• Drawing lighting designs & plans in software solutions like Vectorworks, Capture, Depence R3 and more
• Adapting designs to the various venues you will enter

Required qualifications:

• Previous relevant work experience in lightingdesign, lighting programming and lighting operating
• Experience using software solutions like Vectorworks, Capture, Depence R3 or other drafting/lighting programs
• Experience operating lighting consoles like grandMA2, grandMA3 and ChamSys MagicQ
• Being fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, Dutch, French
• Being passionate about learning to use new software and hardware solutions
• Having a drivers license and working permit that are valid in Belgium
• Being used to working in the event-industry and understanding that this isn't a 9 to 5 job. You are flexible in terms of working days and hours. Working in the weekend happens

• Working closely with our team to provide our clients with exceptional designs and productions in the entertainment and architectural sectors
• Being able to express your creativity using a range of digital and non-digital tools
• Using software solutions like Vectorworks, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Capture, Depence R3 and more
• Writing creative presentations and pitches
• Managing projects independently, your ability to advise clients on solutions is highly valued
• Travelling in Belgium and abroad for our national and international projects

Required qualifications:

• Previous relevant work experience in the entertainment industry as a designer and project manager
• Experience using software solutions like Vectorworks, Photoshop, Unreal Engine, Capture, Depence R3 and more
• Having a deep understanding of lighting and set design, and the importance of achieving the perfect match
• Being passionate about learning to use new software and hardware solutions
• A drivers license and working permit that are valid in Belgium
• While not mandatory, experience operating lighting consoles like grandMA2, grandMA3 and ChamSys MagicQ is a plus

• Work closely with the team of More To Show to develop and manage the accounts and events in our agenda
• Planning, organizing and delivering projects in the entertainment industry, luxury, fashion, retail, and architectural sectors.
• Responsibility for quality delivery of simultaneous projects: analyzing the needs of the clients, coordinating the project and the team, respecting deadlines, managing resources and financials
• Oversee the logistics and be in daily contact with the suppliers
• Budget planning, tracking and expenditure
• Overall responsibility of the event on-site. Make sure the event and its activity run smoothly
• Think creative solutions
• Take care of the end-of-project moment: final reporting, budgeting closure and constructive feedback
• Willing to share his/her expertise and skills and willing to dedicate time to research new progressive solutions

Your key responsibilities

• Being the direct contact between the Accounting team and the CEO
• Ensuring all quotes, invoices and project administrations are in perfect shape
• Planning and organizing the team and freelancers
• Ensuring our books are up to date and all administration is handled to perfection
• You will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations is something you look forward to do.
• You love producing meetings reports, creating correspondence, and drafting contracts.
• You will be handling  More To Show and partner companies PWR Lighting, CJ Ventures and Muchos eventos, so your job will never get boring.

Required qualifications

• Previous relevant work experience preferred in events management and communications relating to offline & online events
• Maturity and accountability, with a professional demeanor in dealing with our industry accounts
• Excellent planning, organizational and administrative skills
• You work with Zoho or equal platforms
