More To Show is an international agency specialised in technical design and direction, with clients in both the live event and architectural fields. We mainly work with event and design agencies, architects and technical suppliers.

Our goal is to accompany our clients from the first steps of idea generation and creation to full implementation and production through a comprehensive service. Our Brussels office is based in Saint-Gilles, where a small, multidisciplinary team collaborates closely on projects across the world. Personal Assistant

More To Show is looking for a reliable and well-organized Personal Assistant to support both professional and personal activities. You’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from daily planning and travel arrangements to coordination with the team and handling private matters with discretion and efficiency.

Your job is to anticipate needs, keep structure in a fast-moving environment, and make sure time and priorities are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

Professional & Personal Support

- Plan and organize professional and personal schedules
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and ground transportation
- Coordinate and communicate with the internal team and external partners
- Organize private events such as dinners and trips
- Handle personal administrative tasks (medical appointments, insurance, ID documents, etc.)

Required qualifications

- Driver’s license required
- Fluency in French with English as a must, Dutch is a plus
- Highly organized, punctual and patient

Accountant & Office Manager

More To Show is looking for a proactive and reliable Accountant & Office Manager to keep our creative, international company running smoothly behind the scenes.

You combine precision in numbers with strong organizational skills and a genuine talent for keeping things in order. From accounting and payroll to scheduling, HR and office coordination, you make sure everything runs efficiently and on time. You’ll work closely with the CEO and our external accountant, ensuring smooth communication, accurate financial follow-up and a well-organized office environment.

Key responsibilities

Accounting & Administration

- Serve as the main point of contact between management and our external accountant
- Prepare and maintain budgets, monitor cash flow and ensure financial accuracy
- Manage invoicing, purchase orders and project-related administration, in coordination with the CEO and Project Manager
- Keep company and project documentation organized and compliant
- Handle payroll, HR files and employee records
- Support the CEO with planning, contracts and administrative tasks
- Management of team holidays, extra hours, teleworking days
- Ensure all team expenses and timesheets are processed accurately and on time for payroll


Office & Operations Management

- Oversee daily office operations and make sure the team has everything they need to work efficiently
- Plan and coordinate travel bookings for the team and freelancers, in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Manage suppliers, office contracts and follow-up with external partners
- Maintain structure in internal communication and day-to-day workflows
- Ensure a smooth, well-organized and professional working environment
- Organization of internal events


Required qualifications

- Proven experience in accounting, HR, office management and administrative coordination
- Strong sense of responsibility, discretion and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in ZoHo is a plus
- Fluent in French & English (Dutch or other languages are a plus)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Team-minded, flexible and familiar with the fast rhythm of the event industry

Intern – Technical Design & Production

More To Show is looking for a motivated Technical Design & Production Intern with Vectorworks skills.
You’ll join our production team in Saint-Gilles, Brussels, and support large-scale international projects across entertainment, fashion, architecture and live events.

Working under the guidance of a Technical Director, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the full production process, from drawing and planning to on-site coordination. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore both the creative and technical sides of show production within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Production

- Support the team with Vectorworks drawings, plans and visualisations
- Assist in technical design and production prep, including planning, logistics and supplier coordination
- Drawing of venues in 3D
- Drawing of backstage plans
- Contribute to project documentation and provide on-site support when needed
- Help translate creative concepts into technical solutions

Required qualifications

- You’re a student or recent graduate in technical design, stage design, architecture, or a related field
- You have solid knowledge of Vectorworks (or similar 3D drawing software)
- You’re organised, proactive and eager to learn
- You have a technical mindset and an eye for aesthetics
- You communicate well in English & French (Dutch is a plus)

Intern - Project Manager Assistant

More To Show is looking for a motivated Project Manager Assistant Intern. You’ll join our production team in Saint-Gilles, Brussels, and support large-scale international projects across entertainment, fashion, architecture and live events. You’ll support our Project Manager in the coordination and delivery of exciting client projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in production, logistics, communication, and teamwork in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production

- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination of projects.
- Assist in preparing timelines, budgets, and supplier follow-ups.
- Help organize logistics, including deliveries, schedules, and team planning.
- Attend meetings and take action points when needed
- Update project tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, Excel, or internal databases).
- Communicate with suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and provide production support on site if required.

Required Qualifications

- You’re a student or recent graduate in Event Management, Project Management, Communication, Business, or related field
