We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support both professional and personal tasks.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and organizing professional and personal schedules.
• Managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
• Coordinating and communicating with the team.
• Organizing private events such as dinners and trips.
• Handling personal administrative tasks (medical, insurance, ID documents, etc.).

What we’re looking for

• Driver’s license required.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, with English as a must.
• Highly organized, punctual, and patient.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• A flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable handling diverse tasks.

Are you experienced in technical production, project management, and delivering high-end events across entertainment, fashion, luxury, retail, and architectural projects? More To Show is looking for a Technical Director to join our team in Brussels. 

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and managing the technical production of events and installations from concept to execution.
• Overseeing CAD-based technical designs and ensuring feasibility for real-world execution.
• Managing projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and technical crews.
• Budgeting and financial oversight, handling quotes, costs, and overall project finances.
• Communicating effectively with clients, designers, and engineers, translating creative ideas into practical solutions.
• Calculating static loads or liaising with structural engineers when needed.
• Leading on-site installations and live event productions, both locally and internationally.
• Proactively advising clients on technical solutions tailored to their needs.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in technical direction or production management in the live event or architectural sector.
• Strong proficiency in Vectorworks, Spotlight or other CAD software
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to find practical and efficient solutions.
• Professionalism, maturity, and accountability in client and team interactions.
• A valid driver’s license and  work permit for Belgium.
• Fluency in French and English is required. Dutch is a plus
• Flexibility to work on-site and in the office, with international travel required.
• Adaptability to non-traditional working hours, as event schedules vary.
