Your key responsibilities:

• Creating accurate technical drawings and 3D models using CAD software, particularly Vectorworks.
• Collaborating closely with the design team to translate ideas into workable designs.
• Keeping up to date with new design technologies to enhance workflows and quality

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in French or Dutch, with excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Vectorworks is essential).
• Knowledge of Unreal, Depence, Blender, Rhino, or Revit is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for precision in design.

We are looking for a Freelance HR Manager to support our team with both operational and strategic human resource needs. This is a freelance position with flexible hours, based in Brussels. 

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing efficient HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Providing strategic advice on HR matters to management.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting senior designers on larger projects to achieve the best creative and technical results.
• Working on productions worldwide, both for live events and architectural installations.
• Operating lighting setups on consoles such as grandMA2, grandMA3, and ChamSys MagicQ.
• Designing and drafting lighting plans in Vectorworks, Capture, Depence R3, and similar software.
• Adapting designs to fit the various venues and productions you’ll work on.
• Traveling for projects, including international events, fashion shows, and brand activations.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in technical direction or production management in the live event or architectural sector.
• Strong proficiency in Vectorworks Spotlight or other CAD software (or willingness to learn Vectorworks).
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to find practical and efficient solutions.
• Professionalism, maturity, and accountability in client and team interactions.
• A valid driver’s license and work permit for Belgium.
• Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch or other EU languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work on-site and in the office, with international travel required.
• Adaptability to non-traditional working hours, as event schedules vary.
