More To Show is an international agency specialised in technical design and direction, with clients in both the live event and architectural fields. We mainly work with event and design agencies, architects and technical suppliers.

Our goal is to accompany our clients from the first steps of idea generation and creation to full implementation and production through a comprehensive service. For this reason, More To Show brings together people with different backgrounds and ways of thinking to support each project along the way.

Our Brussels office is based in Saint-Gilles, where a small, multidisciplinary team collaborates closely on projects across the world. Assistant Technical Director Intern

More To Show is looking for a motivated Assistant Technical Director Intern.
You’ll join our production team in Saint-Gilles, Brussels, and support large-scale international projects across entertainment, fashion, luxury, retail and architecture.

Working alongside our Technical Directors, you’ll follow projects from the first sketch to the moment the doors open, and gain hands-on experience across the full production process.

Key responsibilities

- Assist the Technical Directors in project preparation, including planning, logistics and supplier coordination
- Help translate creative concepts into clear technical solutions
- Support the production of technical drawings and 3D models, mainly in Vectorworks
- Contribute to project documentation and follow-up
- Provide on-site support during build-ups and shows

Required qualifications

- You’re a student or recent graduate in a technical, architectural or event production field
- You have familiarity with CAD software (Vectorworks is a strong plus)
- Knowledge of Unreal, Depence, Blender, Rhino or Revit is a plus
- You have a technical mindset and an eye for aesthetics
- You’re organised, proactive and eager to learn
- You communicate well in English & French (Dutch is a plus)

Technical Designer Intern

More To Show is looking for a motivated Technical Designer Intern (CAD).
You’ll join our team in Saint-Gilles, Brussels, and support large-scale international projects across entertainment, fashion, luxury, retail and architecture.

Curious to see how a drawing becomes a set, a stage or an installation? Working alongside our design team, you’ll help turn creative ideas into workable, buildable designs.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

- You’re a student or recent graduate in architecture, interior design, scenography, engineering or a related field
- You have working knowledge of CAD software (Vectorworks is a strong plus)

Executive Assistant

More To Show is looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to be the steady hand that keeps everything running behind the scenes.
You'll be the right hand of the Direction and a central point of contact for the team, combining sharp organizational skills with a good head for numbers. If you love bringing order to a fast-moving environment and being the person who makes things happen, this is for you.


What you'll do :

·      Support the Direction with planning, contracts, and daily administration

·      Act as the link between management and our external accountant

·      Manage budgets, cash flow, invoicing, purchase orders, and project administration

·      Handle payroll, HR files, expenses, and timesheets

·      Keep company and project documentation organized and compliant

·      Manage team holidays, extra hours, teleworking, and travel bookings

·      Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, and contracts

·      Organize internal events and keep the workplace running smoothly

What we're looking for :

·      At least 2 years of experience in administration, office management, HR, and accounting

·      Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and accuracy

·      Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, even when plans shift

·      Fluent in French & English (Dutch or other languages is a plus)

·      Comfortable working independently under pressure

·      Team-minded, flexible, and energized by the fast rhythm of the event industry

·      Familiarity with Zoho is a plus

·      Driver’s license required
